Favorite Thing about Working for Therap: I most enjoy helping providers find ways to utilize the system so they are able to focus more time and services to the individuals they serve.
Most Common Challenge you Help Customers Overcome: I have found that it can be most difficult to figure out how to transition their documents and programs on paper into the system. However, once we talk through it and I encourage them just to start with something, it is so fun to see how it helps their company!
Favorite Therap tip or trick: I always ensure to tell providers about biometric login and self password reset configuration to make their lives (if admin) and staff lives easier to get into the system so they can focus on provider services and not being locked out.
